Cancellation Policy
If you’ve booked onto a workshop, class or event that has been cancelled, rescheduled to another date or has changed location, you are entitled to a refund. You will not be entitled to a refund if you can no longer attend any event for any other reason. Tickets are not transferable, unless with the express written permission from JiveSwing.Com HQ. Please note PayPal no longer refund their fees, so any refunds from Jiveswing will no longer include PayPal fees. Please visit our T&C’s for more details.
